What Membership Includes:

Annual Physical Exam – A full head-to-toe checkup to review your overall health, labs, and preventive care.
Routine Wellness Check-ins – We will follow up with you frequently in-person or via telehealth to track your progress, adjust your plan of care, and keep you on track.
Unlimited Visits When You Need Them – Because life doesn’t wait until your next appointment.

Important to know: Your membership covers all provider visits and in-clinic care, but lab fees and medications (if needed) are not included. Members do get access to discounted medication pricing.

We recommend patients keep a high-deductible insurance plan for emergencies, hospital visits, or specialist care — this helps you save money while still being fully protected.
